By submitting an application to the Young Craftsman Foundation (YCF) Tool Scholarship, you agree to the following Terms:

1. Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be age 17 or older

• Be a high school senior or recent graduate

• Be located in the United States

• Be entering a trade-related field

2. Application Integrity

You agree that all information submitted is truthful and accurate. You are responsible for securing permission to share any uploaded documents (e.g., referral letters, images).

3. Selection Process

YCF reserves full discretion in reviewing and selecting scholarship recipients. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.

4. Ownership and Use of Content

You retain rights to the content you submit, but you grant YCF permission to:

• Review and store your application data

• Feature selected applicants (with additional consent) in promotional or educational materials

5. Optional Sharing with Partners

If you choose to opt in during application, you allow YCF to share your:

• Name

• Email

• Date of birth

• Trade interest
  With trusted industry partners, such as tool companies, trade schools, or employers.

This is optional and will not affect your eligibility.

6. Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the form after updates constitutes agreement to the new terms.
