About The Young Craftsman Foundation

In 2024, a small group of tradespeople in Central Massachusetts came together with a shared vision. They wanted to give young people the same opportunity that had changed their own lives—careers in the trades. Thus, the Young Craftsman Foundation was born, a nonprofit dedicated to providing students with the tools needed to enter the skilled trades.

Our goal is to make the trades accessible, inspiring students to pursue fulfilling and sustainable career paths.
